Yaaka offers services subjects to customer compliance and the acceptance to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
Kindly read the agreement with the utmost discretion. In this agreement, a ‘Customer’ is any individual that avails our services. A customer has to abide by our terms and conditions are given below to continue availing our services:
A note: The items, which are given to the company for cleaning/repairing are, termed as “Articles” in this agreement.
This agreement is strictly between the customer and Yaaka. It does not constitute or imply any relationship or association with any third parties. The Terms and Conditions are drafted taking into consideration the mutual benefits of the customer as well as the company.
The undersigned “Customer” by clicking on I Agree complies with the following terms and conditions laid by the company:
1. The garments, clothes, apparels, linen, fabrics are handles with the utmost care and dry cleaning. However, due to some conditions and material type of the articles, there is a possibility of non-visible defects in the material such as shrinkage, discoloring, etc. in such conditions the garments are accepted by the company for ironing at the owner’s risk and the company does not hold any responsibility in case the clothes are burnt during ironing.
2. Yaaka ensures optimum quality ironing, folding, Car washing and other services. We strive to maintain the utmost agility while handling your articles.
3. Yaaka due to time constraints and its standard procedure does not read the manufacturer’s label stating hand wash only or dry wash only. The company is not responsible if we do not follow the suggested care.
4. Registration of application implies acceptance of the terms and conditions laid by Yaaka and makes the user entitled for the same.
5. Yaaka does not hold any responsibility for ‘Special Care” Articles which requires carefulness and attention to detail.
6. Yaaka is not responsible for any article, which is left on our premises beyond 20 days. Storage feels @12% per month is levied on a customer if the article is left unattended on our premises. If an article is not claimed within three months, it shall be handled by the company and may also be sold to recover the billing charges.
7. Yaaka holds all the right to refuse accepting order for the Ironing of any garment at any time.
8. Removing stain while ironing an article is the part of our process but we do not guarantee assured results. However, we shall try our best to remove maximum stains from the article.
9. Yaaka does not hold any responsibility for the loss or damage of personal non-cleanable items left in the article such as Jewellery, cash, or any other things. A customer has a responsibility to check the articles thoroughly before handling it for ironing purposes.

11. In case of loss or damage to any article, Yaaka can reimburse up to a maximum 5 times the value of the product. However, the decision for reimbursement still stays with the company. A customer is eligible for reimbursement only if he/she has all the eligible bills, proofs, and legitimate reasons. The compensation for inconvenience will be provided in the form of service and no cash will be given to the customer.
12. Customers must count their articles at the time of delivery and should inform the delivery man if there are any issues in the articles or if some articles are missing. Yaaka is not responsible for any complaints or claims after the customer accepts the delivery of articles.
13. Yaaka reserves the right not to accept any order or cancel the order taken due to any verbal abuse or any issues such as the customer not opening the door for a pickup, delivery, or any other previous encounter.
14. Yaaka gives a warranty of a maximum of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the articles. This time limit is applicable only if the customer has not used the product and the articles are in their delivery state.
15. Yaaka has the right to send regular updates to the customers through calls, SMS, email, app notification, and much more for marketing and transactional work. If a customer wants to stop receiving such messages then he/she will have to register a request with our customer care team for the same.
16. Yaaka does not hold any responsibility for the missing or any ornaments or Jewellery from the articles. We are also not responsible for any fitting issues.
17. Yaaka accepts no liability for any loss, damage of articles due to fire, burglary for any other unforeseen circumstances.
18. It may require some time or an additional period to process your request. However, no deduction on the billed amount or claim will be initiated due to such delay.

20. The tariff will be communicated in advance by examining the article. However, no deduction or discounts will be offered. Our tariffs are fixed. Once we receive your garment our team will get in touch with you to communicate concerning the time required to get the job done.
21. The prices mentioned on our application and website are fixed. We also reserve all the right to change the price of our services without any prior notice.
22. One must make the payment for the car washing service at the time of availing our services or while booking the service & Any unpaid amount will not be entertained.
23. The company shall not be liable for : Damage or loss of any part of the vehicle, accessories, or its content, Damage to any other property in your vehicle, In addition, Yaaka accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage caused at any time.

25. A customer should disclose all the detects, damage, or problems in the vehicle before we commence our services.
26. We do not undertake to insure your vehicle against any loss or damage caused while it’s in our possession.
27. Insurance of your vehicle is not provided by us. It is always your responsibility.
28. Car polishing and other cleaning products can be slippery and it is important to take extreme caution while collecting the vehicle.
29. During the cleaning process old, non-original paintwork can be damaged during the cleaning process. All such defects must be informed to our cleaning staff before the commencement of the car cleaning/washing process.
30. Our services are offered for car maintenance and car care. Therefore, customers will need to register their cars with the correct information. We reserve the right to remove the incorrect or wrong information without any prior notice and detain the user for further use.
31. If there are any changes in customers’ information and/or vehicle information, the customer should inform us for the same to avail of our prompt and swift services.
32. We may suspend or cancel any of the customer registration and/ or terminate the access to our professional car cleaning services if we are found in breach of these Terms and conditions or have made improper behavior from our patrons at any time.
33. You agree that information contained in any sections of the yaaka application is intended to be indicative only and will not be considered as a binding contract between you and our car washing agents.
34. If you wish to avail of any additional car service/car care or car wash service. One must inform about the same to our service centre in advance. Any communication with our car wash agents or cleaning services provided will not be entertained and yaaka does not hold any responsibility in this case.
35. Any payment, booking, or information pertaining to our car washing services will be used by us for serving our patrons with quality services. Yaaka at any time won’t be circulating or sharing the same with any third parties.
